left;\">谭有超教授在分享中谈到，“2008年金融危机之后，世界经济进入深度调整期，各类风险交织。在这一背景下，民粹主义和贸易保护主义抬头。全球产业链扩张步伐停滞，甚至出现阶段性收缩。以世界贸易组织及WTO为主要标志，以生产要素在全球高速流动优化配置为特征的超级全球化逐步变为有限全球化，主要表现为全球价值链向区域内收缩，区域内一体化程度加深。新冠疫情进一步凸显全球产业链分工方式和收益分配的内在风险，成为产业链区域收缩的加速器”。\u003C/p>\u003Cp
